        Replacing Conservatory Roofs The Benefits

Replacing conservatory roofs can totally transform the look and feel of traditional conservatories. Many homeowners want a room they can use all year round, which is not too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.

Previously the only way to have a room like this was to build a brand new garden room, sun room or extension. Over the years with modern technology developing, new products have come onto the market.  Products which can totally transform the look and feel without the cost and impacts of building a new conservatory.

Here at Revive Property Solutions, we specialise in the Guardian warm roof systems. We have transformed many conservatories over the years for homeowners, into rooms they can benefit from all year round.

So what are the real benefits of replacing conservatory roofs?

One of the main benefits of replacing conservatory roofs is unlike a traditional conservatory roof they offer a comfortable temperature all year round. In addition, they help block out the loud noises caused by the rain and wind often experienced with traditional conservatories.

Our Guardian conservatory roofs are based on an aluminium frame which has an insulated and lightweight structure. Overtime development of this product and its materials mean the Guardian roof has a U-value of 0.18 which is less than half the requirements for your home. Not only can this help you with maintaining the temperature of your room, it can help you save money on your energy bills.

Furthermore, the Guardian conservatory roof has the ability to extending your living space.  The huge choice of tiles and finishes which are available can integrate your conservatory with the rest of your property.

Guardian tiled roofs are suitable for conservatories of all shapes and sizes. Current shapes can also be altered by adding new frames and a new roof to your conservatory. In addition, walls can be added, roof windows and various types of mood and led lighting to complete your project.

        Recent Project In Seaham

The project below was carried out at a property in Seaham, Co. Durham for Mrs Johnston.

Mrs Johnston loved her garden and watching the wildlife. She wanted us to transform the current conservatory into a room she could use all year round.

After completing this project, the owner of this property was over the moon. She can now sit in her conservatory watching the wildlife in the garden all year round, making it a beautiful place for relaxation within her home.

Internally we added a plaster ceiling with a lighting box for the spotlights in the roof.
